Take your coffee skills to a professional level with this in-depth Specialty Barista Training, led by qualified specialty barista Zoe Biles. Over a focussed five hour session, you'll gain the technical knowledge and hands-on experience needed to confidently step into any role within a specialty coffee setting. This training is designed for those who are serious about coffee—whether you're looking to enter the industry or upskill to advance your current position. You’ll dive deep into key aspects of the craft, including dialling in espresso, milk texturing and advanced latte art, tasting and cupping, workflow, and customer service essentials in specialty environments. Each session builds your confidence and competence behind the bar, with tailored feedback and guidance from Zoe throughout. By the end of the course, you’ll not only have sharpened your skills but also gained insight into what top-tier cafés are really looking for in a barista. Only 2 spots available per session. Upon completion, you’ll receive a personal reference from Zoe, which you can present to potential employers—a valuable step toward securing work in specialty coffee.
