Distance: 3-5K
Aimed at beginners but all abilities welcome.
Mixing running with good chat and a coffee at the end! A great way to meet more people and start your Sunday right.
For those new to running - you won’t be expected to run the whole time and Annie will make sure you’re well looked after.
Annie is a holistic based personal trainer who has been working in the fitness industry for 15 years and loves nothing better than helping people become healthier and stronger humans.
