About the event

All proceeds from this event will go directly to a climate justice organisation affected, or fighting against, the Climate Crisis. If you know of one you would like us to support, please email zoe@manningtreearts.com.

The climate crisis doesn't affect everyone equally. This panel brings together campaigners, researchers and community organisers working at the intersection of climate change and social justice, to explore who bears the greatest burden of environmental breakdown, and what a genuinely fair response to the crisis could look like.

We'll discuss global inequality, the disproportionate impact on marginalised communities, and how justice, equity and inclusion need to sit at the centre of climate action rather than at its edges.

Expect a challenging, thought-provoking conversation from people working directly on these front lines, followed by an open floor for audience questions.

This is the fifth talk in our six-part Community Climate Action series, a six-month-long programme of panel discussions…
